About The Position

PSC Industries in Indianapolis, IN is offering an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative who is looking to drive their career in a new direction. PSC Is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle the day-to-day activities for specific accounts by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with experience in customer service.
• Must be able to fully communicate in English both written and orally and answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
• Must possess basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
• Must exhibit a great attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively support the entire customer order/demand management process, monitor customer systems, and maintain accurate information in the system for production planning.
• Communicate directly with customers to coordinate changes in demand and last-minute orders.
• Coordinate with other departments to complete shipping and invoicing administrative processes and paperwork. (Load Lists, Shipping Tickets, ASNs).
• Responsible for venturing on to the production area to communicate with supervisors and managers.
• Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to build a lasting relationship.
