About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more per day)
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment that requires the ability to coordinate schedules and attention to detail
  • Do you enjoy working with people?

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
  • Great listening and organization skills

Responsibilities

  • Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
  • Help coordinate all communication across two Fastsigns centers
  • Assist the owners in process development and administration
  • Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings and be directly involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
  • Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business
  • Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.
