We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative / Spray Applicator who enjoys a mix of sales, service, and hands-on outdoor work. Requirements

• Enjoy helping customers and take pride in great service.
• Learn quickly and adapt to new products and processes.

• Communicate clearly and professionally.
• Stay organized and pay attention to details.
• Follow procedures while getting the job done efficiently.
• Trade school certification preferred (or high school diploma with relevant experience).
• Background in agronomy, horticulture, pest control, or similar field.
• Experience operating tractors or spray equipment (or willingness to learn).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience with AS400 or similar systems is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service at the front counter and over the phone.
• Assist customers with product selection and order processing.
• Maintain showroom inventory and ensure a clean, organized space.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Support outside sales efforts and communicate promotions.
• Handle light administrative and office tasks.
• Transport equipment using a company truck.
• Apply fertilizers and pesticides to golf courses and other properties.
