Bus Unit Cust Service Rep and Prod Scheduler
About The Position

Centro is looking for a Customer Service Representative & Production Scheduler to join our team! In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers while coordinating production schedules that ensure products are delivered on time and meet customer expectations. You'll work closely with production, materials, and leadership teams to balance customer demand, manufacturing capacity, and business priorities.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, production scheduling, manufacturing, supply chain, or inventory management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
- A team player with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer orders, questions, and delivery updates.
- Develop and maintain production schedules to support efficient manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer commitments are met.
- Monitor production capacity, inventory, and resource planning.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to production schedules and customer activity.
- Help drive continuous improvement through effective communication, planning, and problem solving.
