About The Position
Team Next Level, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is seeking enthusiastic individuals aged 16 and older to join their team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). This role involves providing excellent customer service, taking orders, handling transactions, and learning the art of pizza-making in a fast-paced environment. The company has 22 stores and is growing, focusing on creating opportunities and building a supportive team culture.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- A passion for working in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment while staying focused and upbeat.
- A team player who is ready to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and provide excellent customer service.
- Take orders in person and via phone with a friendly attitude.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
