Customer Service Representative - Parts and Counter Sales
About The Position
We are currently hiring an experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative for our Denver, CO location. This position services customers with information, product exchanges or repairs in a timely, helpful friendly manner. D&W Diesel, Inc. is employee owned, $130 million business with over 350 employees in 8 locations. D&W has 50 years of history as an aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck and off-road equipment parts, remanufacturing and distribution of diesel engine components, and industrial products. Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer support role with strong communication skills
- Must have a technical aptitude with an ability to learn products
- Proficient in MS Office and other computer functions
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position
Nice To Haves
- Experience with heavy duty parts or tank truck equipment is a big plus
- Bilingual – fluent in Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service.
- Handle a moderate volume of inbound calls related to heavy duty parts
- Work to establish business relationships with customers, able to speak the customer’s language.
- Know how to access information on our products and stay up to date on product and industry changes
- Aid sales representatives with research of products, pricing, availability, and applications
- Handle and process the incoming and outgoing of parts and product
