About The Position

Velocitii is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about helping others and making a real impact. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle incoming calls in a fast-paced, remote environment—helping customers, answering questions, and making a real impact.

Requirements

  • 6+ months in a call-center experience
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
  • Experience in a virtual desktop environment
  • Distraction-free remote workspace
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Participate in virtual interviews using a computer with a working camera
  • Comfortable in a diverse, inclusive, team-focused culture
  • Complete pre-employment steps: Internet speed test, Background and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2 years of health insurance experience
  • Familiarity with Third Party Administrator (TPA) concepts
  • Knowledge of medical/dental terminology or claims processing

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional support
  • Navigate systems like Clar, OneNote, LifePro, and Teams to resolve inquiries
  • Guide users through the provider portal setup and usage
  • Stay on top of emails and respond to cases in Clarc
  • Bring a positive attitude and contribute to team improvements
  • Meet performance goals while maintaining quality service
  • End your day knowing you made someone’s experience smoother and more informed
