We’re seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) International Customer Service Representative to support global customers, manage export documentation, and coordinate international logistics from our Lima, OH facility.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–4 years of customer service, logistics, or export experience
  • Experience in international shipping or food manufacturing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for international customers via phone and email
  • Manage customer orders from entry through shipment
  • Prepare export documentation (Bills of Lading, invoices, certificates, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with USDA and international export regulations
  • Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouses
  • Track shipments and resolve logistics issues
  • Partner with Sales, Accounting, and Plant Operations to align customer needs
  • Support product samples and special requests
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
