About The Position

This role is responsible for managing and documenting inbound and outbound calls, receiving and entering orders with accuracy, performing follow-up on open orders and client requests, promoting specials, communicating with the Outside Sales Team, analyzing client sales trends, and maintaining customer information. The representative will also be responsible for understanding and communicating product details, creating customer logins, and coordinating with other departments for order release and shipping.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / G.E.D. or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar or related position
  • Ability to type 30 WPM and 10-Key
  • Experience building relationships with internal and external customers

Responsibilities

  • Manages and documents inbound and outbound calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Receives orders via telephone and email and enter into our NetSuite system with impeccable accuracy
  • Performs routine follow-up and maintenance on all open orders and client requests received both internally and externally via telephone and email
  • Promotes Brand/Tread specials to existing customers when applicable
  • Communicates and strategizes daily with assigned Outside Sales Team
  • Provides support as needed to our Outside Sales Team
  • Probes for business needs, assess the clients' expectations, and address accordingly
  • Analyzes client sales trends with the expectation of providing suggestions and solutions
  • Fluent with the Tireco E-Commerce website
  • Possesses a strong knowledge of all Tireco controlled products, features, benefits, warranties, sizing, application and is able to effectively communicate these in a compelling way
  • Creates and maintains customer login within Tireco E-Commerce website, with impeccable accuracy
  • Communicates with all departments regarding timely order release, pricing and shipping requirements, and any other special needs
  • Maintains department reference guides for all clients with the most current account information
  • Trains backup personnel, when necessary
