About The Position

The Customer Service Representative II plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a timely manner. This position requires a deep understanding of company products and services to effectively assist customers and enhance their overall experience. The representative will handle more complex customer interactions than entry-level roles, requiring problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalations professionally. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and feedback is communicated for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and basic computer applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, researching answers, and providing appropriate solutions or escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, technical support, and billing to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily and gather feedback to enhance service quality.
