About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative at AmTrust Financial, you will be the primary human connection, providing energetic, thoughtful, and professional support. Your role involves answering questions about AmTrust's products and services, helping business owners manage their insurance needs. You will be responsible for responding to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing resolutions using company policies and product knowledge, and making quick, accurate decisions. The position requires achieving performance targets in quality, service level, attendance, and customer satisfaction. This role is tentatively relocating to Mayfield in December 2026.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, computer skills, and time management skills.
  • Able to effectively tailor communication and style to differing audiences.
  • Resourcefulness and flexibility.
  • Able to self-manage and work independently in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
  • Require an internet speed test before offer.
  • Must meet 30mb download and 2mb upload.

Responsibilities

  • Master product expertise to deliver on customer asks.
  • Drive inclusive team culture and success.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company.
