Requirements

  • Associate's degree or 60 hours college credit with 4+ years' experience in relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office including email, Excel and Word
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to interface with all levels of management both internal and with external customers
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
  • Legal Authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role

  • Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer issues
  • Manage orders and shipping activities between manufacturing plants as well as from a manufacturing plant/distribution center to the customer
  • Manage demand management actions as needed to meet monthly plan including order activities between manufacturing plants, sales team, and external customers
  • Checks and analyzes pricing discrepancy, plant capacity for ATP, credit status and coordinates with customer, sales representative and materials department to ensure correct order.
  • Updates existing orders in case of changes and coordinates with other parties involved.
  • Ensure accuracy of orders and shipment information in the Oracle systems
  • Coordinates and communicates with multiple departments to expedite and deliver critical and past due orders.
  • Monitor shipments to meet monthly demand targets and customer on-time delivery
  • Provides shipment confirmation, generates shipment list and open order report.
