Requirements
- Previous customer service skills in a banking environment preferred.
- Prior call center experience is a plus.
- Bilingual/Spanish highly desirable but not required.
Responsibilities
- Responds to customer telephone inquiries by direct action or referral questions & requests.
- Complies with customer requests.
- Sells bank services.
- Resolves problems.
- Explains Bank policy regarding rates and service charges.
