About The Position

Markem-Imaje is a trusted world manufacturer of product identification and traceability solutions, offering a full line of reliable and innovative inkjet, thermal transfer, laser, print and apply label systems. Markem-Imaje delivers fully integrated solutions that enable product quality and safety, regulatory and retailer compliance, better product recalls and improved manufacturing processes. The Role: Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary interface for customers. You’ll navigate our ERP system (SAP), our Sales Order Automation tool, as well as our B2B portal to process quotes, orders, returns, credits, and debits. Consistently deliver high quality service that instills customer confidence and loyalty.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer-facing experience and data entry experience.
  • Superior data entry speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior active listening skills with the ability to interpret client needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to build customer rapport.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, teamwork, and collaboration.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 or 4-year degree preferred
  • Familiarity working with SAP and Salesforce a plus.
