About The Position

The CSR I responds to patient/customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Determines the best method for problem resolution of basic issues, meeting patient/customer needs and organizational guidelines. Collaborates with other departments for issue resolutions as necessary. Accurately gathers and documents patient/customer information and interactions for database recording and scheduling. Processes orders, exchanges, and other service requests. Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude in all patient/customer interactions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED is required.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
