About The Position

We are looking for additional Customer Service Representatives to support our growing Colors Group business. You will work cooperatively with team members in order to service our existing customers. You will work in a positive team centric environment that provides opportunities for skill and career growth! The hourly rate for this position is $27.00 - $30.00 per hour USD. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions. Due to our inability to offer visa sponsorship, we can only consider candidates who are authorized to work in the US without the need for employment visa sponsorship. We are unable to offer relocation assistance. The successful candidate will be expected to work at Sauget, IL and must reside in area or be willing to commute.

Requirements

  • 3-years of customer service, logistics, or supply chain experience.
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to capture the detail of a situation and communicate accurately, professionally and completely, verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining high degrees of attention to detail, accuracy and poise.
  • Effective personal time management and organization skills.
  • Authorized to work in the US without the need for employment visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for order administration, processing, follow-up, contract review, problem resolution, and customer requests for multiple business units.
  • Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, debits, credits or returns.
  • Communicate with planners and shipping personnel to ensure on-time deliveries and advise customers of delays if needed.
  • Review production and shipping schedules to determine impact on customers expected deliveries.
  • Perform a variety of customer transactions such as; order entry, processing, follow-up, and contract review.
  • Work with account managers, product managers, sales administrative staff as well as shipping, production and lab to resolve discrepancies/missing information.
  • Resolve routine customer issues and customer requests, communicate with account managers and customer service managers regarding any special situations.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively while maintaining strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
