About The Position
We are looking for team members who are passionate about challenging and significant work for the good of every patient. We are searching for individuals who are compassionate, service with a purpose, are dedicated to supporting their team, and who seek excellence every day. This position is PRN, with a schedule of Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday/Sunday 8am-6pm, requiring approximately 3-6 days per month. The work location is Bloomington East Urgent Care.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Requires the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Responds to patient/customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Determines the best method for problem resolution of basic issues, meeting patient/customer needs and organizational guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments for issue resolutions as necessary.
- Accurately gathers and documents patient/customer information and interactions for database recording and scheduling.
- Processes orders, exchanges, and other service requests.
- Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude in all patient/customer interactions.
