Your primary focus will be on data entry, paperwork processing, and coordinating logistics activities. While limited customer interaction is involved, your role is crucial in ensuring accurate and organized documentation, facilitating smooth order processing, and contributing to the overall success of our customer service operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
One year of previous computer related job experience.

Responsibilities

Accurately enter and maintain customer and order information in our database.
Print and organize paperwork related to order processing and fulfillment.
File paperwork systematically for easy retrieval and record-keeping.
Communicate with internal teams through email for order coordination and updates.
Utilize basic excel skills for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Assist in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with the planning team to organize and schedule orders efficiently.
Contribute to the planning and routing of deliveries, optimizing delivery schedules.
Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient routes.
Facilitate the check-in process for drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Provide basic direction and support to drivers as needed.
Interact with customers on a limited basis, addressing basic inquiries or providing order updates.
Redirect complex customer issues to the appropriate team members.
Run daily reports to track key performance indicators.
Update customer reports with the latest information and status.
