SHIFT: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, except once a month for an entire week, 10:30am-7:00pm shift  Must be able to commute to Fraser, MI. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurately responding to incoming inquiries on orders, products, and pricing. The Customer Service Representative is also expected to offer excellent service by processing orders and following up on calls and emails to collect and analyze information to ensure quality expectations are met.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years Customer Service experience.
  • Type 30 WPM.
  • 4-year degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in a heavy volume service environment (phone, email, internal communications) preferred.
  • Excellent time-management, prioritization, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work under targets and with deadline
  • Positive attitude, proactive engagement and solutions seeking
  • Intermediate Excel, Word, and Outlook skills

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates data to determine and implement the appropriate course of action to resolve the complaint and/or coordinate service recovery.
  • Understands the essentials of the assigned skills and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
  • Assists the department in meeting customer needs and reaching department expectations.
  • Completes required training and understand how to use tools available to recall necessary information.
  • Documents conversations with customers according to procedure.
  • Follows established procedures to meet customer needs.
