About The Position

We’re looking for friendly, reliable individuals to join our team as Member Support Representatives in a fast-paced, 24/7 contact center. If you enjoy helping others and want to build valuable skills, this is a great place to start. What You’ll Be Doing Serve as the first point of contact for members, answering questions and handling requests with professionalism and care. Share clear, helpful information about our products and services. Navigate multiple systems while actively listening and engaging with members to ensure a smooth experience. Assist with everyday banking needs such as savings, checking, loans, credit cards, and IRAs. Recommend services that fit members’ needs and build positive relationships.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a desire to help others.
  • Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn—no prior experience required.
