As a Business Banking Associate, you’ll be part of a team that makes a real difference to business customers across the country. You’ll join a supportive, customer-focused team and be the first point of contact for our business banking customers. Every interaction you handle helps keep Australian businesses moving. Our customers are at the centre of everything we do. To be there for them every step of the way we'll need you to commit to a rotating roster which operates between the hours of: 8:00am – 7:00pm AWST Monday – Sunday You will need to be available to work weekends as needed roughly every 3–6 weeks Full-time role (38 hours per week) In-office mandatory training Hybrid working: first 6 months in-office to set you up for success, then enjoy a balanced 50% work-from-home / 50% in-office model Please note: this role is not compatible with face-to-face university timetables Strong development pathways supported by the BBS Academy, which trains 100+ new team members annually Opportunities to become cross-skilled across other areas such as CommBiz, Merchant Enquiries and Corporate Cards Clear capability frameworks to help you progress into roles across BPB, Relationship Management, specialist banking, leadership and the wider Group Make real customer impact during crucial business moments Work with modern systems in a supportive, inclusive team Build highly transferable technical, service and problem-solving skills
