About The Position

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Business Customer Service Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for our business clients. This role involves supporting client inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction across all interactions. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with experience managing business-to-business (B2B) customer relationships.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the commercial printing industry.
  • Bilingual or multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand and communicate company policies, procedures, and service offerings.
  • Process orders, returns, or changes in service as needed.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with sales, production, and design teams to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement.
