We strive to provide customers with quality products and support services in a timely and effective manner. This position is primarily responsible for application support on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with a specific focus on the SD module functionalities and local ancillary systems with interfaces included. Its main goal is to support business operations running smoothly and effectively such as sales, service, supply chain, finance, manufacturing, and quality. This position is responsible to manage ERP and related ServiceNow tickets with prioritization, tracking, and escalation. The position delivers these objectives by collaborating with internal, external, local and global resources.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of business systems and processes.
  • Must be excellent to support at least two key functions: FI (Finance) CO (Controlling) MM (Materials Management) CS (Customer Service) SD (Sales & Distribution) WM/IM (Warehouse Management and Inventory Management)
  • Extensive knowledge of Master Data Management.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to explorer fast and creative workarounds under urgent and pressure situations.
  • 10% of business travel is expected.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in information technology or computer science or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of SAP experience and business process.
  • Excellent team player and communicator.

Nice To Haves

  • Experiences with CRM or BI applications are plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with business to define, prioritize, track, and escalate ServiceNow tickets of SAP and local ancillary systems with interfaces included.
  • Collaborates with internal, external, local and global resources on SAP and related support.
  • Actively participates in some phases of ERP implementation or Change Request (CRs).
  • Collaborates with business to fully understand business processes, identify business issues, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
  • Understands business processes and SAP core functions to troubleshoot.
  • Responsible for documentations and knowledge transfers.
  • Responsible for change management and communication.
  • Works flexible hours and weekends to meet business/customer needs.
