This position is primarily responsible for application support on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with a specific focus on the SD module functionalities and local ancillary systems with interfaces included. Its main goal is to support business operations running smoothly and effectively such as sales, service, supply chain, finance, manufacturing, and quality. This position is responsible to manage ERP and related ServiceNow tickets with prioritization, tracking, and escalation. The position delivers these objectives by collaborating with internal, external, local and global resources.
