WE BELIEVE IN THE TRANSFORMATIONAL POWER OF COMFORT Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative provides effective customer service by establishing a working relationship with customers throughcommunication via email, telephone, and Quiq texting. Customer Service Representatives work effectively with team members and use excellent, in depth knowledge of company products and programs to assist consumers, dealers, and sales representatives. Job Description: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned): Provides timely and accurate information to customers regarding order statuses and product knowledge requests, including prices, delivery dates, order changes, etc. Maintains a high level of professional care while demonstrating a friendly cooperative attitude. Inside contacts include working with other departments (Collateral, Credit, Quality Control, Engineering, Shipping, and Sales Management) to ensure the timely processing of customer orders and inquiries. Maintain accessible and accurate record keeping regarding customer contacts and actions taken. Order entry for Hammary, American Drew, & Kincaid including parts and sales aides. Scanning for reference. Advise management of critical issues as they arise (Ex. repetitive quality problems, stock availability, etc.). SCOPE & IMPACT: Providing professional interactions with customers/dealers via phone, Quip texting and email communications ensures positive relationships are formed which creates repeat business with those customers/dealers and word of mouth referrals which attract new customers/dealers. Product knowledge ensures orders are entered correctly to avoid loss of revenue.

Requirements

  • High school diploma with 0-2 years of related experience or equivalent.
