This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and technical assistance. We are offering both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities for candidates based in the United States. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely solutions and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service, help desk, or technical support role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and empathetic telephone manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- The ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Proficiency in using help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Jira Service Management) and CRM systems.
- A high degree of computer literacy and experience with remote support tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities
- Serving as the initial point of contact for all customer enquiries received via email, telephone, and our online support portal.
- Providing clear, concise, and accurate technical support and troubleshooting for Ohmium's green hydrogen solutions.
- Efficiently identifying, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Escalating complex technical problems to the appropriate senior support teams in a timely manner.
- Maintaining meticulous and detailed records of all customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions within our CRM system.
- Developing a deep and comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide expert guidance to customers.
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of our internal knowledge base and customer-facing support documentation.
- Proactively gathering customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
