You will provide professional customer service by phone, email, and chat while helping customers navigate healthcare programs and services. Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Effective listening skills
  • Ability to learn and use multiple computer applications and systems
  • Ability to work independently
  • Remain productive in a remote contact center environment
  • Perform all work physically from within the United States
  • A quiet, distraction-free home workspace suitable for professional telephone work
  • Reliable wired high-speed internet that meets the requirements
  • Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC with an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better
  • At least 8 GB of RAM
  • At least a 256 GB SSD

  • Wired internet connection must provide at least 75 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload, and latency below 50 ms.
  • VPNs, proxies, remote desktops, or other technology used to mask or alter your physical work location are not permitted.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional inbound and outbound customer service by telephone, email, and chat.
  • Assist patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other stakeholders with questions, requests, scheduling, and program-related needs.
  • Support patient services, outreach, and other healthcare programs according to client requirements and established procedures.
  • Use active listening, problem-solving skills, and basic medical terminology to understand customer needs and provide accurate assistance.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical or system-related issues and follow established procedures.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, requests, and outcomes in company systems.
  • Protect confidential information and follow company policies, client requirements, and applicable privacy standards.
  • Meet established standards for attendance, quality, productivity, and customer service.
