Customer Service Representative - Haulers

About The Position

This position will be assisting customers and agents over the phone with payments, billing questions and changes made to personal auto policies. This position will perform various clerical duties to include data entry and identifies opportunities to improve customer service experience, processes and communication. Due to the duties and responsibilities of this position, Consumer Reports are ordered on final candidates.

Requirements

  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to take the lead and guide customers/agents to a resolution in a calm and assuring manner.
  • Exhibits great problem-solving skills and the ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent listening, communication and organizational skills as well as strong computer skills.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

  • Insurance and customer service experience is a plus.
