The Customer Service Representative (Front Desk) is responsible for assisting all customers with questions, concerns and placing orders, as well as completing all requests submitted through the customer service ticket system. The Customer Service Representative (Front Desk) is also responsible for maintaining front desk operations in the Sales and Marketing building, while also performing a variety of interoffice clerical duties.
