About The Position

Domino's Pizza in Erie is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Expediter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while efficiently managing orders and expediting deliveries. Greet customers warmly and process orders accurately via phone, in-person, and online platforms. Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions with precision. Make all the delicious products that we sell. Expedite food preparation and delivery processes to ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with staff to ensure order accuracy and quality. Manage inventory and stock ingredients as needed. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and efficiently. Assist in training new team members on customer service procedures and best practices. Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting colleagues during peak hours. Adapt to changing priorities and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Proficiency in operating computer systems and point-of-sale software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on order accuracy and quality control
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures (from cooler to hot kitchen areas)
