Customer Service Representative -Dispatcher

As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and frequently the first point of contact for our customers. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer concerns, while exemplifying our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. As a Dispatcher you are the central figure in managing the daily operations schedule for maximum effectiveness. You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements
- 10am - 5:30pm shift availability
- 7am - 3:30pm shift availability
- Multiple line phone answering experience
- Minimum two years office experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can work independently
- General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel spreadsheets
Nice To Haves
- Service Titan or other customer retention software a plus
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls in professional, timely and courteous manner
- Keep the schedule full
- Make outbound calls to book maintenance plan member appointments, confirm happy customers, and close on field staff recommendations
- Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
- Verify completion of work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer concerns
- Dispatching the team member with the best chance of success to every job.
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
