Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure

- Comfortable using scheduling software and computer systems
- Team player who enjoys a fast-moving environment
- Ability to work remote weekends during peak season
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and provide friendly, professional support
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for service and maintenance calls
- Keep routes organized and efficient so our teams can serve more customers
- Communicate job details, schedule updates, and changes with technicians throughout the day
- Monitor call progress and make real-time scheduling adjustments when needed
- Help coordinate urgent and emergency service calls
- Maintain accurate customer and job information in our scheduling system
- Help create a smooth, positive experience for both customers and field teams
