About The Position

Join the Pelles Heating & Cooling Services team in Mars, PA as a full-time Customer Service Representative - Dispatcher (includes outbound calls to fill schedule) and be at the heart of our mission to provide top-notch heating and air conditioning solutions! As a Customer Service Representative - Dispatcher, your daily responsibilities unfold as a well-coordinated symphony of service excellence. You'll work a Monday through Friday schedule between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. Your adept handling of customer inquiries, whether through phone, text, or email, ensures a trail of satisfied clients. Your organizational prowess shines as you expertly schedule appointments, ensuring our field technicians are dispatched with precision. Behind the scenes, you seamlessly navigate administrative intricacies, weaving together paperwork with finesse. Your commitment to meticulous record-keeping enhances the overall efficiency of our services.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Geographical knowledge of the service area and map-reading skills
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing.
