About The Position
As an STC Advocate, you'll be the face of a leading online automotive retailer! Since the buying and selling process is entirely online, you'll often be the first in-person interaction customers have with the company. Your role is key in delivering a seamless, professional, and positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid, active driver's license
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing a daily schedule
Responsibilities
- Manage 6-8 customer appointments daily
- Drive a company vehicle to customer homes to complete vehicle purchase transactions
- Greet customers, inspect vehicles, and finalize paperwork using an iPad
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience
- Accurately document customer interactions in the tracking system
- Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record
- Support your team with additional tasks as needed
