About The Position

LaPlante Electric Inc. of Scarborough, ME is actively seeking a motivated full-time Customer Service Representative - CSR to assist our clients with all their inquiries and ensure they have the best experience with us. This is a 100% in-office position. We are a Maine-based family-run company that specializes in electrical services and installations including standby generator and ductless heat pump services. We provide quality services, but also value fairness, respect, and honesty. From 24/7 customer service to emergency night or weekend service, we want our clients to be happy. Requirements

2+ years of customer service experience
A love for assuring customer happiness
A happy and optimistic attitude and disposition
Fantastic communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently and effectively
Able to work well with a team
Manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly

Responsibilities

Warmly greet all customers, both by phone and in-person.
Stay in touch with customers throughout the project process so they are always well-informed and up-to-date.
Assist the owners in special customer service-related projects.
Provide coverage for service, project, and other client experience personnel who is extremely busy or on vacation.
Manage client inquiries in a timely manner.
Respond to social media inquiries.
Keep our files updated and organized.
