About The Position

As a vital member of our Client Services team, you’ll lead, coach, and support the frontline staff responsible for ensuring every client’s experience is exceptional from the moment they walk through our doors. This role is ideal for a compassionate, organized, and confident leader who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced hospital environment and is passionate about communication, teamwork, and client care. You will play a hands-on role in setting standards, supporting your team, and maintaining smooth daily operations that directly impact the success of our emergency and specialty departments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a veterinary emergency hospital receptionist
  • 1+ years of experience supervising a team of 3 or more
