About The Position
Established nationwide manufacturer that has an immediate opening for a full-time customer service representative at our Evansville, IN location.
Requirements
- Basic math skills, including ability to work with percentages and decimals required
- Experience working on a computer, SAP preferred
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Well organized, attention to detail and critical thinking
- Ability to follow instructions, fast learner and capable of multi-tasking
- Data entry experience
- High school diploma required
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service experience helpful
- some college preferred
Responsibilities
- Handles day-to-day contact with customers
- Provides quotations
- Customer support issues
- Processes orders from initial order entry until delivery which includes working with shipping and production.
