Requirements

• Customer service experience preferred (1+ year)
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable making high-volume calls and handling account collections
• Friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation required for field visits
• English proficiency required

• bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus!

Responsibilities

• Build positive, lasting relationships with customers
• Assist with loan applications, payments, and account management
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
• Follow up on accounts and past-due balances
• Conduct field visits to assist customers with payments when needed
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Promote our financial services and help grow our customer base
• Maintain accurate customer records and transactions
• Follow company procedures for cash handling, collections, and office security
