Responsibilities
- Managing both inbound and outbound customer calls in a call center environment
- Working within an auto-dialer system
- Handling early-stage collections (1–30 days past due)
- Averaging 80–120+ calls per day
- Providing financial guidance and solutions to customers
- Supporting consumer loan and credit card accounts
