Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with administrative tools like Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Knowledge of basic clerical procedures and customer service best practices

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide helpful, accurate information
  • Check and respond to voicemails daily
  • Enter warranty information into our system (Syspro)
  • Maintain organized records and files
  • Send documents and communications via computer, email, or fax
  • Support general office operations, including basic accounting and clerical tasks
  • Perform other duties as needed
