About The Position

CareLinc Medical Equipment is an industry leading supplier of medical equipment in the region with over 700 employees across 5 states. The Customer Service Representative must be equipped with a skillset that demonstrates empathy, problem solving skills and the ability to provide appropriate solutions for customers and referral sources. The day-to-day functionality of this job involves servicing a large customer and referral base to fulfill Durable Medical Equipment needs. This individual must have patience and a willingness to go above and beyond to resolve customer / referral concerns while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • Able to pass background checks as it pertains to the position
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Experience with CGM and insulin pumps required

Responsibilities

  • Servicing a large customer and referral base to fulfill Durable Medical Equipment needs.
  • Resolving customer/referral concerns while maintaining a positive attitude.
