The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting the Company's sales goals through good customer service, maintaining quality relations with existing accounts, and providing sales coverage. This position is not exempt from overtime provisions and is entitled to overtime compensation for hours worked more than 40 in any one work week. The representative will be accountable and supervised by the Customer Service Manager.
