Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid computer proficiency and keyboarding skills
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT).

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders, inquiries, and transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate order status and provide reliable delivery (promise) dates
  • Proactively follow up to ensure commitments are met—or customers are informed early of any changes
  • Respond to routine inbound customer calls with professionalism and care
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team
