Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Solid computer proficiency and keyboarding skills
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders, inquiries, and transactions accurately and efficiently
Communicate order status and provide reliable delivery (promise) dates
Proactively follow up to ensure commitments are met—or customers are informed early of any changes
Respond to routine inbound customer calls with professionalism and care
Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team
