About The Position

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Administrative Clerk to work at our Mississauga GTA Service Centre between June 8 and September 7, 2026. You will combine administrative skills with experience delivering outstanding customer service. If you are customer-focused and have experience establishing procedures to ensure client satisfaction, then this is the role for you! Provide professional support to customers by phone, email, and in-person interactions. Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Process and manage customer order, invoices, returns, and refunds. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our systems. Assist with general office responsibilities, including filing, data entry, and reconciliations. Prepare reports and administrative documentation, and perform additional tasks as required. Collaborate with team members to improve office operations and customer service strategies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and Outlook)
  • Experience in a customer service and administrative role
  • Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests
  • Proficiency in establishing procedures to ensure client satisfaction
  • Experience documenting customer issues in detail
  • The ability to lift and carry weights up to 40 lbs (18 kgs).
