About The Position
Domino's is looking for energetic Customer Service Reps to staff stores in your area. If you have a great personality and love working with people, we want to meet you. We offer flexible hours and are happy to work with school schedules. We provide paid on-the-job training—no prior experience required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with customers and team members.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and available to work nights and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, carry items up to 30 lbs, and work in temperature extremes (36°F to 500°F).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to heat, dust, and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to work under stress, meet quality standards, make quick decisions, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must have clear vision, depth perception, and the ability to hear and speak clearly on the telephone.
Responsibilities
- Take phone and in-person orders in a friendly, professional manner.
- Accurately enter orders using the computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Prepare pizzas and side items to product standards.
- Restock ingredients and organize storage areas, including the walk-in cooler.
- Help keep the facility and equipment clean and operation-ready.
