About The Position

The Customer Service Representative role involves operating all necessary equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients from delivery to storage, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, counting inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. This role requires strong customer service skills, including the ability to verbally and in writing communicate effectively with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person.
