This role involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing telephone orders, and performing inventory and cleaning tasks. Training and orientation are provided on the job. Essential functions include accurate mathematical calculations, making correct change, strong verbal and written communication skills for order processing, and the ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry. The work environment includes varying temperatures, exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust, and requires working in potentially cramped spaces.
