About The Position
COME JOIN OUR FAMILY! This role involves taking customer orders, answering questions, and using suggestive selling techniques. The representative will answer the phone promptly, complete orders accurately and efficiently, and maintain a clean work area. They will also repeat orders back to customers, provide estimated delivery times, and thank each customer. Handling carry-out customers with the same level of service is expected. Additionally, the role may involve assisting with pizza making, stocking makelines and coolers, taking payments, maintaining company image standards, and assisting delivery specialists with store cleanliness and maintenance. Tasks like folding boxes may also be assigned.

Responsibilities
- Take the customers order in a positive manner, answering any questions they might have.
- Use suggestive selling techniques with every call.
- Answer the phone on the first ring and avoid putting customers on hold.
- Complete the order in a timely manner making sure the order is neat and accurate.
- Keep the phone and customer area clean at all times.
- Repeat every order back to the customer and make them aware of the approximate time of delivery.
- Say thank you to every customer, and tell the time of the order.
- Handle all carry-out customers with the same customer service.
- Assist in making pizzas whenever possible, keep the makeline and soda coolers stocked and supplies available to help complete production.
