Requirements

  • Qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills.
  • Ability to stand for most tasks.

  • Ability to carry large cans weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces.

  • Ability to carry trays of pizza dough weighing approximately 12 pounds per tray.
  • Ability to push or pull trays on dollies.
  • Ability to infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder.
  • Ability to perform forward bending at the waist.
  • Ability to crouch or squat occasionally.
  • Ability to reach continuously; up, down and forward.
  • Ability to perform frequent and/or forceful pinching.
  • Ability to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
  • Eye-hand coordination is essential.
  • Use of hands is continuous during the day.
  • Ability to manipulate a pizza peel.
  • Ability to use a rolling cutter.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions with personality and people skills.
  • Potentially grow into management roles.
  • Work together as a team to be the best pizza delivery company.
  • Perform tasks such as removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
  • Operate in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas.
  • Handle sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
  • Work with food odors and cornmeal dust.
  • Work in cramped quarters including walk-in cooler.
  • Handle hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher.
  • Work with sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
  • Talk and hear on the telephone.
  • Perform most in-store tasks requiring near and mid-range vision and depth perception.
  • Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
  • Direct activities.
  • Perform repetitive tasks.
  • Work alone and with others.
  • Work under stress.
  • Meet strict quality control standards.
  • Deal with people.
  • Analyze and compile data.
  • Make judgments and decisions.
  • Perform most tasks from a standing position.
  • Walk for short distances for short durations on surfaces including ceramic tile bricks with linoleum in some food process areas.
  • Complete paperwork in an office at a desk or table.
  • Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck, which may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Carry large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, from the workstation to storage shelves.
  • Carry pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds from the storage room to the front of the store.
  • Carry trays of pizza dough, weighing approximately 12 pounds per tray, three at a time over short distances.
  • Push or pull trays placed on dollies.
  • Navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
  • Perform forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients.
  • Crouch or squat occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.
  • Reach continuously; up, down and forward.
  • Shape pizza dough requiring frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
  • Manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven and when using the rolling cutter.
  • Perform frequent and/or forceful pinching when assembling cardboard pizza boxes.
  • Grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
  • Utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
