About The Position

This position involves upholding Domino's standards, handling customer payments, promoting products, and providing quality customer service both over the phone and in person. It also includes cross-training for various store operations, such as preparing products, operating the pizza oven, and managing opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• Uphold Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance
• Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phones or helping carryout customers
• Speak and write clearly and accurately
• Exhibit comprehension of using a computer based order entry system

Responsibilities

• Collect cash and credit card payments
• Promote pizza products and specials
• Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients
• Receive cross-training for closing and opening procedures
• Receive cross-training for operating pizza oven
• Receive cross-training for properly boxing products for delivery or carryout
• Check products for accuracy against quality standards
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
