Requirements

• Must be able to communicate verbally with customers and team members.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Must be able to count and make change.
• Must be able to operate the store's Point of Sale system and other store equipment.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull and move product up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to handle and process orders accurately.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Experience with Domino's systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken.
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues or departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
